How can I report a defective product?

We continuously strive to maximize customer satisfaction and provide excellent service. In the event of a defect with an item, we are committed to finding an appropriate solution.

Defects
If you discover a defect, you can easily report it to us through the Order Overview.

The process is as follows:

  • Navigate to "My Orders" to locate the relevant order.
  • Select the correct order and go to the bottom of the page to choose "Report RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • You will be directed to the RMA form, where you can specify which item is defective.

After you have entered all the necessary information and submitted the form, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing the RMA number and related instructions. You should mention the RMA number when returning the item.

Most items come with a standard 30-day warranty, which starts from the date of delivery. For some items, a longer warranty period applies, such as items from a specific brand that come with a separate warranty certificate.

 

You can report the following issues through the RMA form:

  • Defects
  • Incorrectly shipped items
  • Missing items / shortages
