An item is missing, what should I do?

If you have mistakenly received the wrong item or there is a missing item in your shipment, you can report it through the RMA form. Due to our warehouse's scanning procedures upon departure, this rarely occurs. However, if it does happen, we will promptly send you the missing item.

If you discover a missing item, you can easily report it to us through the Order Overview.

The process is as follows:

  • Navigate to "My Orders" to locate the relevant order.
  • Select the correct order and go to the bottom of the page to choose "Report RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • You will be directed to the RMA form, where you can specify which item is missing.

After you have entered all the necessary information and submitted the form, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing the RMA number and related instructions.
